Alice Alice Alice

Really looking forward to the new Tim Burton movie Alice and Wonderland, and watching his interview on the Johnathon Ross show with a side of the gorgoues Jonny Depp only enthused this. These two creative people not weird, but extreme and open minded really sold their artistic outlooks on acting, and film direction to me. On a side line to this it seems we are going to be seeing alice ideas creeping into our wardrobe. I absolutely love these adventurous Nicholas Kirkwood shoesies. If only there were exciting occassions to wear shoes like this to.

All Saints consumer Mood Board

The mood Board is a visual and written analysis of a All Saints male consumer. The Pen Profile actually features my Boyfriend and considering his lifestyle and other choices helped me visualize and understand why the All Saints brand and products appealed to him. One of the most interesting thing I noticed is his favourite musicians had very little influence over his clothes choices yet his most iconic footballers were a frequent reference for his style choices.

Birthday Breakfast

Champagne with a very bubbley rasberry in it on the morning of my bday...... o and strawberries too.

My Birthday

My amazing new Jaket from Lipsy, I never realised Lipsy was owned by the same company as Next, but even though I wouldnt consider myself the target age group for Next product, My mum loves them and I have to admit I have a number of things from there too. However walking into Lipsy is like walking into my lil fantasy wonderland, not necessarilly everyday outfits, but great stuff. My sister made me these totally cute cupcakes love her and this is a balloon turtle called loyd, who arrived in a very light, very large box delivered to my address from my Dad.

X FACTOR THE TOUR

On Sunday the 21st I was at Wembley for the X Factor tour 2010. The favourites, Lucy, Stacey, Daniel, Loyd, Jamie, Oli, Joe and of course JEDWARD performed in a show filled with real show case performances rather than just a few songs.. Dramitic lighting and surprising cieling hanging stunts from Joe and JEDWARD, backed up by upbeat dancers and singers the show invovled a series of perfomances, some solo numbers and group acts. It was Fantastic and they had an extremely supportive crowd, loud and with a few to many JEDWARD fans (including the older woman!!!????). The girls, Lucy and Stacey appeared in a number of amazing outfits including Lucys rock chick sparkly dresses and suade leather top and jeans, while glamorous Stacey styled her sequin long red boob tube dress in true ball gown style. The boys changing from casual to suited depending on there numbers. Loyd looking far older than his years was fantastic in his performace of Cry me a river wearing a denim cut of sleeved jacket, tshirt and jeans and now with more stuble than before. Joe rocked his leather jacket and All Saints looking Tshirt with a Anchor on the front of it, while Oli perfected the Twist again in his thin black tie and grey suit. They all finished the evening in white with a group performance.

Trend mood boards

These simple mood boards touch upon the irony of the current social media messages being communicated to us through magazines. The first explains the faking it beauty industry the artificially enhanced and use of external products, then is the craze for getting involved with the ingredients that goes into our food to maintain health and beauty, no more fast food, talking fresh ingredients or considered diet plans. The final mood board the newly developing trend of caring for your skin with the use of beauty products and its new tie of taking herbal tablets and other products, those that you eat to maintain beauty.
