New lipsy shop has just opened in the Vicy center Nottingham couldnt resist a browse and then couldnt help a few impulse buys!!!! It must have been the shiny window displays, cute ribbon tags, bright lighting and the changing rooms which were proper glam with photo frames of celebs wearing Lipsy on the wall that made parting with my cash so easy.
